Starbucks Jack Skellington Pumpkin Spice Latte Funko Pop Tall Slim Figure 145

Autumn used to begin in late September. Then the Pumpkin Spice Latte came along, and fall started creeping backward until, in 2026, Starbucks brought the drink back on 25 August, while half the country was still at the beach. Somewhere in Halloween Town, a tall skeleton in a pinstripe suit took that very personally.

This Funko Pop-style figure imagines his response. Jack Skellington stands in the long, slim build of a tall Pop, a green Starbucks beanie pulled over his skull with a green-and-white straw poking out of the top, a barista apron over the pinstripes and a whipped-cream latte in one bony hand. The other hand rests on his hip, the pose of a barista who has seen every order there is.

The Pumpkin King finally found a seasonal job that suits him

In The Nightmare Before Christmas, the 1993 stop-motion film from a story by Tim Burton and directed by Henry Selick, Jack is the celebrated Pumpkin King who has grown tired of his own holiday. He wanders into Christmas Town, falls for the lights and the snow, and decides to run Christmas himself, with predictably chaotic results.

The joke here is gentler. Instead of hijacking December, this Jack has taken over the most autumnal drink on the menu, the one thing on earth even more pumpkin-obsessed than his hometown. A skeleton who got bored of pumpkins now serves them in a cup with whipped cream, and he looks perfectly content about it.

Taking his place on a crowded collector shelf.

Every detail on the figure hides a small joke

Look closely and the mash-up keeps going well past the beanie. Here is what to spot on the figure and its box.

• The beanie is deep green with STARBUCKS across the cuff, and a striped straw sticks out of the crown like the stem of a jack-o'-lantern.
• The bat bow tie, Jack's signature accessory, still sits at his collar above the apron.
• The apron is barista green, with the twin-tailed siren right where a name badge would go.
• The cup is a tiny Pumpkin Spice Latte, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of spice.
• The legs are a see-through amber, like a latte held up to the window.
• The box carries autumn leaves, little pumpkins and the number 145 in a green banner.

Next to the real thing, with the box keeping watch on the café table.

The latte has been bending the calendar since 2003

Starbucks first poured the Pumpkin Spice Latte in 2003, testing it in Vancouver and Washington, D.C., before it went nationwide the following year. Two decades on, its return date is greeted like a holiday announcement, and each year it seems to land a little earlier than the last.

Jack makes sense in that apron because he belongs to two seasons at once. Set him on a desk in August, leave him there through Halloween, and he is still on theme when the tree goes up in December. If you already own our Jack and Sally porcelain gold Funko Pop 2-pack, he makes an amusing third wheel on the same shelf.

The grin, the beanie and the straw, up close.

Coffee lovers, Burton fans and anyone who has ever argued about when fall really starts will find something to smile at here. Just do not ask him to spell your name on the cup.
