Tracking Your Order

Every order has two stages: we make it, then a carrier moves it. Tracking only covers the second stage, which is why a new order can sit without tracking for several days and still be completely on schedule.

Where to find your tracking number

When your order ships we email a tracking link to the address you used at checkout. If it is not in your inbox, check the spam or promotions folder before assuming it was not sent.

If you created an account, the tracking number also appears in your order history. Guest orders are tracked through the emailed link only, so it is worth keeping that message.

How long tracking takes to appear

A tracking number is usually generated before the carrier physically has the package. For the first 3 to 7 business days it may show nothing at all, or only a label-created status.

Long gaps in the middle of transit are also normal. A package is only scanned at certain points, so several quiet days usually mean it is between scans or being handed from one carrier to another, not that it is lost.

When to get in touch

Contact us if tracking has genuinely stopped moving:

  • Standard Delivery: no new scan for more than 10 business days
  • Fast Delivery: no new scan for more than 6 business days

Email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. Please include the order number — without it we cannot look anything up.

Why an order can arrive in more than one box

Doesignus makes different kinds of things in different places. A shirt, a resin figure and a boxed board game are not produced on the same equipment, so an order containing several product types may be finished at several facilities.

When that happens the order ships in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers, and they can arrive days apart. Nothing is missing — the rest is still coming.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived

Before contacting us, please try these, in this order. They resolve the large majority of cases:

  1. 01Wait a full 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered slightly before it is dropped off.
  2. 02Check every place a driver might leave a package: porch, side door, garage, mailroom, front desk, and with neighbors.
  3. 03Check whether someone else in the household brought it inside.
  4. 04Contact the carrier with the tracking number and ask for the delivery scan details, including GPS location if they have it.

If it is still missing after all of that, email [email protected] with your order number and we will help you work it through with the carrier.
