1. Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours, or to copy the site’s content or code for another commercial service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

3. Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude any taxes or duties applied at checkout or on import.

We work to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors happen. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you before doing so.

Designs may be withdrawn at any time, and seasonal designs are retired at the end of their season by design.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when we accept the order and begin production.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where payment cannot be verified, where an address appears invalid, where we suspect fraud, or where an item cannot be produced. If payment was already taken, it is refunded in full.

5. Made-to-order items

Most items are produced only after you order them. Please read the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering, as they carry the timings and the cancellation terms and both form part of these terms.

Where you supply content for personalization — a name, a message, a photograph — you confirm that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful, hateful or obscene material. We may decline to produce personalization that breaches this and will refund the order if we do.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, photographs, the Doesignus name and the Doesignus deer mark are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Buying an item gives you that item. It does not transfer any right in the design. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our artwork commercially, including to produce competing merchandise or to train a machine-learning model on it.

7. Third-party services

Payment processing, production and delivery are handled in part by third parties, each with its own terms. We choose them carefully but do not control them, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

8. Limits of liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Doesignus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, or a gift not arriving in time for an occasion.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and the version in force when you ordered is the one that governs that order.
