How long does shipping take?
Everything is made after you order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days for printed items and up to 14 for boxed collectibles. Standard delivery then takes around 12 to 15 days, Express around 6 to 12.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Personalized items are the exception: they are made with your name or wording on them and cannot be resold.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. A small number of destinations cannot be served, and checkout will tell you before you pay.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use it to track delivery in real-time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrap with ribbon is $5.99, chosen on the product page rather than at checkout. You can also add a gift message, and hide prices on the packing slip, both free.
