When will my order arrive?
Production comes first, because we make things after you order: 2 to 5 business days for printed apparel and mugs, up to 14 for boxed collectibles like advent calendars and board games. Delivery is on top of that — around 12 to 15 days Standard, 6 to 12 Express. Each category page states its own production time.
Shipping PolicyWhere is my order right now?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 3–7 business days to start updating.
Track an orderCan I send something back?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Personalized items are the exception. Email us first so we can approve it.
