Sonny Angel x Dr. Seuss The Grinch Figurine Set

Each figure is the familiar Sonny Angel cherub — round cheeks, wide eyes and a shy smile — dressed as a character from the story. The first wears a Grinch head with a sly grin and a Santa hat, a red Santa coat trimmed in white and furry green legs. The second is Cindy Lou Who, with blonde hair, a big pink bow and a pink nightgown with a scalloped collar. The third is Max, the Grinch's loyal dog, in a brown onesie with floppy ears, a red nose and a single reindeer antler strapped on. The fourth is Martha May Whovier, with a towering swirl of orange hair, a long red gown and a white fur stole. The box reads “Sonny Angel × Dr. Seuss' The Grinch · 4-Pack Collectible Figure Set” with a Limited Edition seal.

Whoville, in four tiny costumes

Dr. Seuss published How the Grinch Stole Christmas! in 1957, and its cast has grown with every adaptation — Cindy Lou Who and Max from the original book, Martha May Whovier from the 2000 live-action film. Choosing these four tells the story in miniature: the Grinch who hates the holiday, the little girl who catches him in the act, the dog dragged into the scheme, and the Whoville resident who still has a soft spot for him. Sonny Angel, the Japanese line of cherub figures with costume headgear, turns all of them from mischievous to sweet.

A mantel display that tells the story

Sonny Angel collectors are known for placing their figures in everyday spots — on monitors, shelves and windowsills — and this set fits the holidays perfectly. The photos show the four lined up along a mantel garland with pine cones and fairy lights, standing on white steps inside a lit display case, and arranged in a snowy village. Because they come as a complete set, they also make an easy gift for a collector who has been hunting the Grinch series one blind box at a time.

Families who make the Grinch a holiday tradition can add the Monopoly The Grinch Christmas Board Game for game night.
