Peanuts Christmas Tree Building Block Set

The Peanuts Christmas Tree Building Block Set is a 1,286-piece model that turns an evening into a holiday ritual. The tree rises in tiers of green with snowy white edges, decorated with wrapped presents, hearts, gold stars, ornaments and a clear swirl of tubing like tinsel. Near the top a big red bow sits under a clear globe holding Snoopy in a red scarf, gold horns curl out beside it, and Woodstock perches on the very peak. Around the base a red train runs on a circular track past a tiny snowman, with a hand crank on the side and a PEANUTS nameplate. Beside the tree, Snoopy stands on the roof of his red doghouse holding up a star, with a wreath on the front. The box reads "Peanuts Christmas Tree Building Block Set · Snoopy & Friends · 14+ · PCS 1286."

Sixty years of a special that started as a gamble

A Charlie Brown Christmas premiered on CBS on December 9, 1965, with Vince Guaraldi's jazz score — an unconventional choice for a children's special that became a holiday standard. The special is even credited with helping end the fad for shiny aluminum Christmas trees, which it used as a symbol of commercialism. A build like this carries all of that warmth: Snoopy on his doghouse, Woodstock on top, the whole gang's visual world rendered in brick.

1,286 pieces make it an evening project, not a five-minute toy

This is a build for adults and older kids — the box is marked 14+ — and the photos show it the way it is meant to be done, at the coffee table with the instructions open and a tray of bricks nearby. Many families make it the first weekend of December, and the person who sets Woodstock on the peak gets the honor of starting the season. The scale and piece count put it closer to a display centerpiece than a child's toy.

The crank-turned train is the detail that delights every age

The little train circling the base on its track is the piece that wins over kids and adults alike. Give the crank a turn and the scene comes alive, which makes it more than a static model — it becomes something to play with after it is built. Snoopy on the roof of his doghouse, a nod to his most famous pose, completes a scene that reads as Peanuts from across the room.

A centerpiece that can stay out well into January

Once finished it lives happily on a mantel or sideboard all season, and for Peanuts fans there is no rush to pack it away. It makes a strong gift for the adult builder who loves the strip, or a shared project for a family that wants a new holiday tradition.

Peanuts collectors can add the Peanuts Nativity Night Building Block Set or the Snoopy x Starbucks Christmas 2026 Advent Calendar to the same shelf.
