Marvel VisionQuest Tommy Speed Funko Pop Bobblehead Figure

The figure gives Tommy a sharp, modern look. His spiky sandy hair sits above large teal-framed glasses with yellow lenses, and he wears a green track jacket with white stripes over a light green top, grey trousers and casual sneakers.

The speed effects are the key detail. Translucent blue streaks curl from both hands, one sweeping down to the ground like a trail, which shows his power without needing a dramatic pose.

Who is Tommy Shepherd?

In the comics, Tommy and his twin brother Billy are the children of Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch. Tommy develops super-speed, takes the codename Speed and joins the Young Avengers, while Billy becomes the sorcerer Wiccan.

The twins first appeared on screen in WandaVision (2021), where Wanda created them in Westview. Billy's story continued in Agatha All Along (2024), and Tommy's continues in VisionQuest, the upcoming Marvel Television series built around Paul Bettany's Vision.

The box reflects that link. It carries the Marvel Studios VisionQuest logo, the number 1651 and the name Tommy (Speed), so the figure is clearly tied to the new series.

A bobblehead built around speed

The box describes the figure as a bobblehead, which fits the character well. A gentle touch on his head is enough to set it moving, a playful nod to a hero who never stands still.

The glasses do a lot of the work in the design. In the oversized-head style they become one of the main features, and the bright yellow lenses stand out against the teal frame and the green jacket.

The packaging carries the same art direction. Dark green and gold panels frame the window, with an ornate pattern on the side and a large cut-out of Tommy on the front.

For Marvel collectors and new fans

The figure suits fans who followed Wanda's story from WandaVision and those discovering the twins through the new series. It fits easily on a desk, a shelf or in a display case beside other Marvel figures.

The supplied specifications describe a solid molded figure in durable vinyl/PVC, about 9 cm (3.5 in) tall, with smooth matte and semi-gloss painted details.

Collectors building a Marvel shelf can also add the Marvel Doctor Doom Green Cloak Metallic Mask Funko Pop Figure for a villain to stand across from him.

The design captures Tommy in one idea. Glasses on, speed trails out, and a head that keeps moving after the rest of him has stopped.
