Marvel Vision Quest Costume Green Gold Red Armor Hoodie

The hoodie is cut in a deep forest green with a white-lined hood, and the whole body is drawn as armor. Gold geometric bands sweep across the shoulders and down to a point at the chest, where a red diamond sits right on the zipper line. Thin maroon stripes run between the gold on the upper chest, a gold belt panel wraps the waist, and red angled patches cover both elbows. The back carries a matching gold frame across the shoulder blades and lower back, so the costume reads from every side.

Vision's colours have barely changed since 1968

Vision first appeared in Marvel's The Avengers #57 in 1968, created by writer Roy Thomas and artist John Buscema. From that first issue he wore green and yellow, with a red face, a jewel on his forehead and a flowing cape, a look that stood out from the primary-colour heroes around him. The palette on this hoodie keeps that comic-book identity: green for the body, gold for the trim and red for the accents.

The design is a costume interpretation rather than a screen replica. The geometric gold lines borrow from the panelled look of Vision's armor, and the red diamond stands in for the gem that defines him, so the hoodie works for comic readers and screen fans alike.

The red diamond at the chest stands in for the Mind Stone

In the Marvel films, Vision was born in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), with the Mind Stone set in his forehead as the source of his consciousness. Paul Bettany has played him ever since, through Avengers: Infinity War, WandaVision and now VisionQuest. Moving that gem to the centre of the chest is a practical choice for a hoodie, putting the character's most recognisable symbol where people actually look.

The zipper runs straight through the diamond, so it splits when worn open and comes together when you zip up. It is a small touch, but it makes zipping the hoodie feel like completing the suit.

VisionQuest brought Paul Bettany back to Disney+ in October 2026

VisionQuest premiered on Disney+ on October 14, 2026, an eight-episode series from showrunner Terry Matalas billed as the final part of the WandaVision trilogy. Bettany returns as Vision, exploring a new purpose after the events of WandaVision, and James Spader comes back as Ultron, the AI whose body Vision was originally built to inhabit. For fans watching week by week, a hoodie in the character's colours is an easy way to join the conversation.

The timing also makes it a strong costume piece. With Halloween right after the premiere, a zip hoodie is easier to wear all night than a full bodysuit, and it still reads as Vision across a crowded party.

Worn zipped, the armor lines meet across the chest.

Three ways to wear the Vision hoodie

Occasion	How to wear it
Watch party	Zipped up over a plain tee so the red diamond sits centred
Comic convention	Hood raised to frame the face, paired with dark trousers
Everyday layer	Worn open over black, where the gold lines read as graphic trim

For a collectible from the same series, the Marvel VisionQuest Tommy Speed Funko Pop Bobblehead adds one of the show's characters to a shelf. Wear one and display the other, and the series is covered on and off screen.

Worn open, the gold bands frame the zipper line.
