Marvel Doctor Doom Brick-Built Figure Building Block Set

The build stands upright on a black studded base fitted with a Marvel Doctor Doom nameplate. The hood is built in bright green and frames a grey sculpted mask, while a broad green cloak drops from the shoulders to the base and gives the figure a strong silhouette from the side.

The details follow the classic comic costume. Round silver shoulder pieces hold a chain across the chest, the torso plate is stacked from small grey tiles, a brown belt with a gold buckle and holster sits at the waist, and the arms and legs are layered with grey armor plates and round joints.

From Fantastic Four #5 to the big screen

Doctor Doom was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and first appeared in Fantastic Four #5 in 1962. Victor von Doom is a scientist and sorcerer who rules the small European nation of Latveria, and his rivalry with Reed Richards drives some of Marvel's best-known stories.

Kirby's design set the template that still holds today: the green hooded tunic, the metal mask and the full suit of armor. The brick-built figure follows that template closely, which is why it reads as Doom at first sight even without the nameplate.

The timing also matters. Marvel Studios has cast Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday, scheduled for release in December 2026, so the character is about to reach a much larger audience than ever before.

A build that rewards patience

The figure is assembled in stages. The photos show the inner frame of the torso and the armored legs going together before the cloak and outer plates are added, so the layered look of the armor builds up gradually.

That approach suits adult builders who enjoy a slower project. The finished figure keeps the bulk of Doom's armor without losing small touches such as the chain across the chest, the belt buckle and the holster.

The supplied specifications list durable PVC bricks that can be taken apart and rebuilt, finished with dye-sublimation printing. That means the figure can be rebuilt or displayed in a new pose later.

A centerpiece for a Marvel shelf

Once finished, the figure is made for display. The upright pose, the full cloak and the nameplate base make it a natural centerpiece among comics, Funko Pops or other Marvel builds.

Collectors who want a smaller Doom to sit beside it can add the Marvel Doctor Doom Green Cloak Metallic Mask Funko Pop Figure, which uses the same green and silver costume.

The appeal is that Doom is easy to recognize. A green hood, a metal mask and a cloak are all it takes, and this build captures all three in bricks.
