Jellycat Christmas Wonderland 2026 Advent Calendar 24 Days of Cuddly Magic

The box is cream with red and green trim and sprigs of holly. The Jellycat cat logo sits at the top, and the Christmas Wonderland title runs in red above a green Advent Calendar 2026 banner. A long-eared bunny in a red knitted scarf and a teddy bear in a green snowflake jumper sit in front of a snowy window and a lit tree. Around them crowd a penguin in a bobble hat, a gingerbread man, a peanut and a Christmas pudding, all above a red ribbon that reads 24 Days of Cuddly Magic.

The box with all 24 soft-looking friends lined up in rows.

Winter animals fill the first rows

The animal ornaments are drawn with the fuzzy texture of a well-loved soft toy. The bunny and the bear from the cover are joined by a snowman, an elephant in a scarf, a reindeer, a polar bear in earmuffs and a fox wrapped in green knit.

Farther along you meet a puppy with a bow, a shaggy Highland cow, a curly sheep and a badger in a plaid scarf. Each one has the same calm, slightly sleepy smile, which is the whole charm of the collection.

Everyday things get faces too

Half the fun is in the objects. A peanut, a gingerbread man, a star, a candy cane, a gift box, a mug of cocoa, a wreath, a stocking, a little cottage and a glowing lantern all smile back from their doors.

The Christmas pudding with its sprig of holly is a quietly British touch. Many families still keep Stir-up Sunday, the last Sunday before Advent, when everyone takes a turn stirring the pudding mixture and makes a wish, so opening a smiling pudding in December feels like part of the same ritual.

Animals and smiling objects lined up on a plaid-draped shelf under the tree.

Grown-ups collect soft things now

Adults have stopped apologising for loving plush, and Jellycat is a big reason why. The London company was founded in 1999 by brothers Thomas and William Gatacre, and its floppy-eared bunnies and smiling food characters now sit on office desks, ride in handbags and keep watch from bedroom shelves, because a friendly face at the end of a long day is a small comfort that works at any age.

This calendar suits both sides of that story. Children get a new friend to name every morning, and grown-up collectors get a set that looks as good arranged on a mantel as it does hanging from a branch.

The countdown suits a slow, cosy December

Open one door with breakfast, hang the newcomer on the tree and the branches fill up with bunnies, bears and smiling puddings by Christmas Eve. It sits nicely beside a farmyard Christmas advent calendar for siblings who each want their own.

Wrapped with a ribbon, it also makes an easy present for the friend who still keeps the toy they had at five. Nobody grows out of a smiling face on a cold morning.
