The Valkyries went from expansion team to champions in two seasons, so twenty-four days of December should feel like a short wait.
The box is a deep purple with silver lettering, the winged Valkyries crest at the top and the WNBA trophy standing in front of the Golden Gate Bridge and a snowy San Francisco skyline. "2026 WNBA Champions" and "The First Crown" run across the front, with "24 Collectible Surprises" at the bottom.
The box, the player figures and the holiday keepsakes laid out together.
Each door opens on a piece of the championship season
The calendar mixes small player figures with holiday keepsakes in purple, silver and gold. Behind the doors you will find:
- Mini figures of the roster, including Gabby Williams, Veronica Burton, Kiah Stokes, Kayla Thornton and Tiffany Hayes.
- A "2026 WNBA Champions" pennant and a gold "The First Crown" medallion.
- A San Francisco badge, a Valkyries ball and a team crest.
- Christmas pieces: a purple stocking, a wrapped gift box and a snow globe with the Golden Gate inside.
Most of the keepsakes have a loop, so they can move straight from the box to the tree. The player figures stand on their own bases and line up neatly along a shelf.

The figures belong to a team nobody put a limit on
Veronica Burton, who hit the free throws that sealed Game 7, put the season into one sentence afterwards: "We didn't let anyone put a limit on us all year." The Valkyries finished the regular season 32–12, then beat the Atlanta Dream in the first seven-game Finals the WNBA has ever played.
The title came on 31 October, in front of 18,064 fans at Chase Center. Gabby Williams was named Finals MVP after scoring 28 of her 30 points in the second half, and Tiffany Hayes won her first championship in her 14th season.
Hung on the tree, the keepsakes turn purple and silver under the lights.
December is a natural victory lap for the Bay Area
A championship won on Halloween leaves the whole holiday season to celebrate. Opening one door a day is a gentle way to relive the run with children, and it gives the newest fans in the family a reason to learn the names on the roster.
Collectors who want the wider league in their countdown can add the WNBA 2026 advent calendar as well. Two boxes side by side make the Valkyries the stars of a bigger December story.
The calendar also suits families who discovered the team during its first two seasons. Many of those fans came to Chase Center for the first time in 2025, and this is a simple way to keep the purple on show well after the Halloween celebrations have faded.
