William Contreras Milwaukee Brewers 2026 World Series MVP Bobblehead

This bobblehead gives William Contreras a broad smile, eye black under both eyes and a navy helmet with the catcher’s mask flipped up on top in gold. He wears a cream jersey under a navy chest protector, a "24" wristband on his right arm, and he holds a tall trophy whose silver band reads "World Series." His spring-mounted head nods with the lightest tap.

The base is the standout piece of sculpting. Behind his feet rises a gold-toned miniature of a ballpark facade with arched windows, while a navy plaque on the front spells out his name, his award and the year, flanked by a pair of ball-in-glove logos. The display box adds a portrait of him on the side panel and a laurel-framed "World Series MVP 2026" crest.

Out of the box: the ballpark facade rises behind the catcher on the base.

The trade that brought him north is now one of the best in club history

On 12 December 2022, Milwaukee joined a three-team deal built mostly around catcher Sean Murphy moving from Oakland to Atlanta. Contreras came to the Brewers from the Braves in that swap, along with pitching depth, and at the time many headlines barely mentioned him. Within a season he was the everyday catcher, and by 2026 he was a three-time All-Star who set a career best with 94 RBIs.

This background gives the bobblehead a quiet underdog flavour. The pose is triumphant, though collectors who know the story will see the player who turned a supporting role in a trade into the centre of a championship lineup.

A brother who already knew the feeling was waiting at the trophy stand

His older brother Willson Contreras won the 2016 World Series with the Chicago Cubs, so the family already owned one ring. When William accepted the MVP award after Game 5, the two brothers embraced, a moment that circulated across every highlight show the next morning. Milwaukee fans will appreciate the irony that the first Contreras champion did it for the Brewers’ fiercest division rival.

The sculptor kept his expression open and joyful rather than stern. It suits a player whose postseason ended in a family hug, and it makes this a friendlier desk piece than most game-face collectibles.

The same year brought two very different trophies

In March, Contreras was part of the Venezuela team that won its first World Baseball Classic. He went hitless in that tournament, which makes his October all the more striking. Seven months later he was hitting .381 in the World Series, and he joined Jackson Chourio and Antonio Senzatela as Brewers who won both events in the same year.

His postseason had started early too. In the Division Series against San Diego he batted .444, hitting a tiebreaking solo homer in the seventh inning of Game 1 and another in Game 3, then hit .357 in the sweep of the Dodgers. The trophy in his arms on this figure stands for that whole run, not just the final week.

One tap sets the head nodding on a collector’s shelf.

The ballpark on the base is a nice nod to home

The tiny facade behind his cleats echoes the brick-and-arch front of the Brewers’ home park, which gives the bobblehead a sense of place instead of a plain round stand. It sits well beside other Milwaukee pieces, such as the Snoopy Brewers World Series bobblehead, if you are building a lighter-hearted shelf around the more serious MVP piece.

Its nodding head, warm grin and trophy make it equally at home in an office, a basement bar or a teenager’s room covered in October photos. It is also a thoughtful gift for a dad who has been waiting since 1982 for this exact moment.
