December is our busiest production month by a wide margin. Ordering in November is not caution, it is arithmetic.

People who decorate early, exchange gifts by tradition, collect one ornament each year or treat the entire month — not only December 25 — as the event.
What to choose by timing
Advent calendars need to arrive before December 1. Ornaments matter before the tree is finished. Apparel and drinkware can arrive closer to Christmas itself, but boxed and personalized pieces deserve more margin.
Make the gift look chosen, not seasonal by default
Use Christmas as the setting, then make the interest personal: sport, music, family tradition, a first holiday in a new home or a year worth marking. “Christmas” should not be the only reason the item fits.
