Shoes are listed in US measurements, but the product chart is more useful than your usual brand label. Check foot length and the model-specific guidance before ordering, because a made-to-order shoe is a poor place to guess.
Choose the silhouette, not just the print
Sneakers suit a casual lace-up look; loafers remove the laces and read cleaner; other slip-on or seasonal styles change how much of the artwork is visible. Pick the shape the recipient already wears so the design does not become the reason the shoes stay in the box.
