Ready-made garments and cut-and-sew pieces are not the same
A front or back print on a finished tee can be produced relatively quickly. Edge-to-edge jerseys are printed as fabric panels, cut and assembled afterward, which allows artwork to run across more of the garment but adds steps and time.
Use the size chart on the actual product
Many styles run from S through 5XL, but fit still changes between a tee, fleece layer and jersey. Measure against the chart shown on the product page instead of carrying one size assumption across the whole category.
Production varies within clothing
Clothing production can range from roughly 2 to 8 business days before shipping, depending on whether the garment is printed on a finished blank or cut and sewn after printing.
